The working world and our industry are changing: Specs is following the trend and leaving its physical location to focus on remote work and renting co-working spaces as needed.
As of December 1st, 2022 the agency will have moved and will no longer have a permanent civic address. We will therefore be working fully remotely and we will rent co-working spaces for our weekly meetings.
The pandemic has brought its share of changes, and we too have had to adapt and change the way we work. This change will allow us to be more efficient in our work as well as to have access to more resources to actualize our plans and our vision for 2023.
In addition, having an office space that has been under-utilized for over 2 years contributes to a significant ecological footprint which is no longer justifiable in my opinion and does not correspond to the agency’s values.
We will remain accessible and available for discussions and/or meetings, after all, our business is a “people business”!
I started the agency in this building called Le Cooper more than 33 years ago. It is with a bit of nostalgia that I leave it, and with a great deal of excitement as I look ahead at what the future holds for us.
Here’s to new beginnings!
